Please note that occasionally classes may need to be withdrawn or altered but that the college will take steps to inform you as soon as possible if there are any changes and advise you of alternatives. Periodically photographs are taken of community activities and are used solely to promote our classes and events in brochures, newspaper adverts etc. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed for this purpose.
Data Protection Act 1998 - The information on this form may be held on computer and will be available to appropriate members of staff at the college only. Global statistics may be shared with others in the college. At no time will your personal information be passed to any organisation for marketing or sales purposes.
Please ensure you have only purchased one item per day for your registration. Parents/Guardians with 2 or more children should register each child as a separate user and purchase one item per user.
Same day enrolment or last minute substitutions for Children's Camps cannot be accepted:
Enrolments will close at 1pm each day for activities taking place the following day so that registers and details of all children are processed and made ready. It is important for health and safety reasons and for the well being of all children on the camp that staff have the correct registers and neccesary information available.
Refunds:
If a course is cancelled by the college then the course fee will be reimbursed in full. Should you withdraw from a course, refunds are at the discretion of the Course Manager. Refunds (for legitimate reasons) are normally based on the fee paid, less a £10 administration fee plus the proportional cost of the sessions which have taken place
by the date of application. They cannot be backdated.
Refund policy for Vocational Swimming Courses:
Please note that 25% of the full fee paid is non-refundable. If an application for a refund is made, the other 75% will only be issued if a minimum notice period of 14 days is given in writing to the Community Sport & Leisure Development Manager, prior to the start of the course.
Refunds for customer mistakes cannot be issued once payment has been processed.
